Some of my favorites include: reading Christian fiction, camping, the color blue, hiking in the Colorado Rockies, chocolate anything, cheering on the Nebraska Cornhuskers with my husband Steve, pepperoni and mushroom pizza, playing games with my family, working with the teens at our church, and Romans 8:38-39, which reminds me that nothing will ever separate me from the love of my Savior.

Kathy Johnson Bio:

 I first started teaching at Fayetteville Christian School in 1989.

Through my years at FCS I have been privileged to teach Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st grade, 2nd grade, and remedial reading.

I even tried my hand at administration! Fayetteville Christian is special to me because it is where my daughter received her education and because I have found many friends through my association here.

I also love the opportunities to share the Lord Jesus with my students here at FCS. I came into teaching naturally, as both of my parents were teachers in Christian schools, as well as two of my brothers. My daughter Laura is now carrying on the family tradition by beginning her teaching career in Lillington, NC. I’ve also taught at schools in Nebraska and Indiana.
