Mr. Herb Ayars Francine Scott

One of Mr. Ayars favorite things to do outside of work: Mr. Ayars enjoys making things out of wood, he likes to read, and walks almost every day. He likes the study of Astronomy. - What he enjoys most about his job: Mr. Ayars likes working at FCS because of the friendly, kind students and teachers that he encounters every day. - His family: Mr. Ayars has one son and one daughter. Their two grandchildren are the joy of their life. He has a daughter that works as a guidance counselor at Cape Fear High School. His son is a teacher at Pinecrest High School. Mr. Ayars and his wife have been married for 53 years! - Mr. Ayars favorite Bible verse: Matthew 5 "The Beatitudes" - Mr Ayars was born in 1929 in New Jersey. He has faithfully served FCS for 15 years.
