"Occasionally I will stumble across the FCS website to see how much everything has changed since I graduated. Amazing how life has changed since then. Wow, a football team and National Merit Scholars! Never would have guessed. I graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in May 2004 with honors and am Chief Resident in my last year of residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Washington and am enjoying my new class of interns. I think fondly of my time at FCS and just want to thank you and all the staff who were instrumental in helping me achieve my goals. God has richly blessed our family and it has been primarily through people like you and your staff."

"I hope that all is going well. I see from the new FCS website, God continues to bless the school! Wow!!!! I hope to visit FCS in the future, as my brother and family are stationed at Ft. Bragg. My purpose in e-mailing you is to convey my deepest gratitude, to YOU. Perhaps you remember me? Melissa Jenkins FCS class of 1994? I am now a licensed Clinical Psychologist. Yes, a Dr.:) I attached my vitae so that you may get an idea of my training. I have you to thank for my academic accomplishments. Specifically, when our high school class received the SAT results, I remember that you said how standardized tests never reflected your true performance and were not predictive of how successful you were going to be. I remember that you said, at the time, you could not have imagined that you would be a principal... I felt as if you were speaking directly to ME at that moment. You looked right at me. I don't remember my score, but it was not very good...Well, you were right, the results were not true for me either. I have excelled in ways that are quite remarkable... I have been so blessed by so many people who have encouraged me along the way. Thank you very helping me to fulfill my goals.

"I attended FCS since pre-school. I loved every minute and felt well-prepared for my further studies. Attending a small school helped me formulate who I am today... The teachers were mentors, spiritual guides and championed me to grow in my faith. I went on to win a National Merit scholarship and an internship at the Mayo clinic and am now a Dr. of Physical Therapy. I have FCS to thank for preparing me for my advanced studies.
