FCS will provide Before and After School Care (BAC) for kindergarten through fifth grade students enrolled in our school, and a study hall for grades 6-8.  The program can only accommodate a limited number of students.  Contracts will be available on a first come, first served basis.  Before school care for K-5 grades only begins at 6:00 a.m.  Care is necessary if your child arrives before 8:00 a.m.  After school care is from 2:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.  Children are not allowed on campus unattended. 

• Yearly rates for contracted care: See registration form.  A 10% discount is offered to families who enroll more than one child in the BAC program.

• The fee for contracted care will be divided into 10 payments and will be due in advance beginning with your first tuition payment.

• Please provide an afternoon snack for your child.

• Late pick-ups:  If you pick-up your child after your contracted time, you will be charged $2.00 per half-hour (or any part thereof).

• If you pick-up your child after 6:00 p.m., you will be charged $10.00 for the first five minutes and $1.00 for each additional minute.

• If for some reason you must change your hours of care, a $5 fee will be charged.  If you no longer need care,  you may withdraw from the program.  You must contact the BAC director in writing to make any changes.  In either event, no refunds will be given.

• Days off of school:  On whole days that school is closed and BAC is open, care is available for those who need it.  All parents who desire care on these days need to sign-up and pay for care at least a week prior to the day off.  The cost is $20 for the entire day (6 am- 6pm). 

• Early Dismissal Days:  When there is early dismissal,  day care is available for those who need it.  All parents who desire care on these days need to sign-up and pay for care at least a week prior to the “early dismissal” day.  The cost is $10 for the half-day, however it is free to students enrolled in BAC.

• An Emergency Procedure card must be completed  in case parents need to be notified after the school and office close
