FCS is working with Fayetteville Technical Community College offering classes for which students will receive college credit at North Carolina public colleges and universities and many private colleges and universities. We are very excited about these courses since they will enable our students to get a taste of college classes before graduating from high school. These courses are part of the UNC Articulation Agreement with the UNC Department of Community Colleges.
In order to receive a transfer credit, students must attain at least a 77 (C) average for the class. These classes will count as FCS electives and may not replace classes required for high school graduation.

Since these are FTCC classes, we must follow FTCC policies on attendance, tardies, late work, etc. FCS students who are enrolled in these classes are also eligible to use the FTCC library, learning lab and computer lab just like any other FTCC student. The only cost to the student is the cost of the textbooks.
