  • Application and Registration Fee  

  • Current Year Report Card

  • Previous Year Report Card

  • Standardized Test Scores (3rd – 5th)

  • Discipline/Incident Record

  • Pastor Reference Form - We recommend that you email the forms directly from your parent portal checklist, it helps expedite the process. 

  • Confidential Student Evaluation - We recommend that you email the forms directly from your parent portal checklist, as it helps expedite the process. 

  • Family Picture

  • Complete Online Forms 

  • Review- Once the admissions checklist has been completed; student files will be reviewed by an Administrator.  You will be contacted once the record review has been completed.  If there are no concerns, you will be invited to start the Enrollment Checklist.

  • Birth Certificate 

  • Immunization Record

  • Enroll into FACTS Management - All families are required to enroll into FACTS Management.   

  • Entrance Assessment - New students take an assessment so that we may ascertain student’s abilities in comparison with our curriculum. 

Schedule Family Interview – Once the enrollment checklist is complete, we will schedule your family interview with our Head of School, Mrs. Peters.  We ask that both parents and the student be in attendance.
