Process for Grades Pre-K – 1st 
A child’s birthday is always viewed in the full context of developmental maturity and will include physical, emotional and social development as well as academic readiness.  Children must be 4 years old by September 30th to enter our Pre-K program or 5 years old by September 30th, to enter Kindergarten.

  • Application and Fee  

  • Pastor Reference Form - We recommend that you email the forms directly from your parent portal checklist, it helps expedite the process. 

  • Confidential Student Evaluation- We recommend that you email the form directly from your parent portal checklist, as it helps expedite the process. 

  • Family Picture

  • Online forms 

  • Schedule an Assessment or On-Campus Play Date –Pre-K-1st Grade only- After application all checklist forms have been completed, a one on one assessment will be scheduled.  The assessment will take approximately 30-45 minutes.  Parents do not need to be present.

  • Once the admissions checklist has been completed, student files will be reviewed by an Administrator.  You will be contacted once the record review has been completed.  If there are no concerns, you will be invited to start Step 2, the Enrollment Checklist.

  • If you do not have your child's previous and or current report card, please complete the unofficial request for records to be sent.

 

The Enrollment Checklist- Step 2

  • Financial Agreement Contract

  • Online forms

  • Birth Certificate 

  • Immunization Record

  • Kindergarten Health Assessment  (Kindergarten only)

  • Enroll into FACTS Management- All tuition payments are made, via electronic funds transfer, by FACTS Tuition Management. 

  • Schedule Family Interview – Once the enrollment checklist is complete, we will schedule your family interview with our Head of School, Mrs. Peters.  We ask that both parents and the student be in attendance.
