Transcript Requests
Below are three different options for transcript request. Official transcripts for FCS graduates are available from the Guidance Counselor or we can email an unofficial transcript to an email address. Please read and pick the best option for your needs.
Please note: FCS transcripts will NOT reflect college transcripts for students who took dual enrollment courses. You must contact the school that offered the dual enrollment courses during the years you attended FCS. (Ex: FTCC, Sandhills, Colorado Christian University, The College at Southeastern.)
OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
(after 12 Months)
Official transcripts for FCS graduates are available from the Guidance Counselor upon request. Transcripts are $5 per copy and cannot be processed prior to payment. This fee is non-refundable. Students can select the Delivery Method for the official copy to be mailed through USPS (please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery) or electronically sent through email (please allow 3-5 business days for delivery).

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
(within 12 Months)
Official transcripts for FCS graduates are available from the Guidance Counselor upon request. Transcripts are free of charge in the 12 months following graduation from FCS.
Students can select the Delivery Method for the official copy to be mailed through USPS (please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery) or electronically sent through email (please allow 3-5 business days for delivery).
